About the role
We are currently looking for a Graduate or Junior Developer to join our Genie Development team.
Reporting to the Genie Development Team Leader, this role will assist the escalated support team with technical support to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. This role will be heavily supported by the Genie Development team to assist with technical and product questions.
Skills and experience
- A recent graduate or a 2nd/3rd year university student still studying
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
- High attention to detail
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
