IT Service Delivery Manager
CBD, Sydney
$150,000 incl super + 10% bonus
Are you a hands on IT operations/service delivery manage with the ability to coordinate multiple IT vendors from a greenfield position.
The ideal candidate will have good depth of experience in cloud/managing cloud providers to measure how they deliver successful projects.Previous exposure to AWS/Azure is also highly regarded as is experience in Microservices type architectures.
This business have only recently unveiled their challenger digital bank to the Austalian market. Having been started around 4 years ago the business have more than doubled headcount in the last 6 months and plan to do the same again in the next 6 months.

The Role:
- Ensuring the availability, performance and security of the technology environment
- Ensure sound vendor management processes and agreements are maintained to deliver best in class service to meet SLA’s 24/7 and support ongoing growth
- Managing the implementation of change into the production environment.
- Hands-on implementation and monitoring of incident management tools and processes.
- Manage the vendors responsible for providing networking and office tools to staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally to optimise performance, growth, awareness and reputation.
- Develop, maintain, and exercise the Disaster Recovery plan to ensure the availability of critical systems.
The Candidate:
- You have a love of technology and a desire to be hands-on
- You have some handy skills with Cloud Services Providers
- You will be proficient using Jira and Confluence
- You will have exposure to Kubernetes and containers (docker)
- You will understand, or have a willingness to learn, streaming technologies including KAFKA, Streaming, Spark and StreamBase.
- You will understand modern monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, NewRelic, AppDynamics)
- You will have experience setting up and maintaining Service Desk and the like.
