The position

• Deliver SAT packs to the desired quality as requested - this will include conducting exchange, customer end surveys and return of the field survey packs to the design team in order to the meet customer needs.
• Complete assigned surveys and packs in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
• Work effectively to answer any field related queries
• Meet the billable utilisation target

Skills and experience

• Certificate III in Telecommunications, Bachelor of Engineering or Computing equivalent
• 3-5 years experience as a Site Access Technician is desirable
• Exposure in the Telstra network arena
• Proficient in MS suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Valid NSW Drivers License
• Understanding of Telstra Wideband products is advantageous
• Understanding of Telstra DBors including although not limited to: TRAC, MULTIMAN, GDD, CADLINK, Node Manager
