Join a seasoned development team who cover a broad range of commodities and financial market asset classes.
You will join a dynamic regional team that owns a range of critical, globally used systems, covering areas such as risk and valuation, deal capture, reference data and other shared services.
In this fast paced role you will be responsible for project delivery, production stability and development productivity improvement. As a seasoned developer you will be required to:
- develop, test and deploy code and participate in second line production system support and incident response
- play an important role in module and solution design and estimation
- implement and promote best SDLC and DevOps practices
- perform release planning and execution
- communicate with business users from all levels of the organization (front office to back office) to gather and clarify requirements.
We envisage for you to be successful in this role that you will be:
- fluent in C++ is essential followed by solid knowledge in Java, *Nix, and/or Python a plus
- proven practical experience in building and supporting complex applications and continuous delivery experience
- domain knowledge including: regulatory technology, risk management systems, commodities, FX, credit, cash equities and derivatives products will be ideal.
