Our client is a leader within the human services sector and are going through major business transformation as a result of the changes relevant to the NDIS.
They seek a business focused project manager to initiate and deliver multiple projects as part of the wider transformation program.
The role would also be responsible for ensuring that the projects and teams are aligned with the vision of the organisation while facilitating the transition to an NDIS environment. This role would also engage in consultation with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a service implementation project
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and develop business cases
- Track project deliverables and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Manage the project budget and associated project resources
Key skills needed:
- At least 5 years’ Project Management experience
- Experience with practise implementation and practise change
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team leadership capabilities
Highly desirable requirements:
- Knowledge of business transformation and change management
- Experience engaged in a service delivery/implementation environment
Essential requirements:
• Project management experience in the community care, health care, disability or NFP sectors
It is a fixed term engagement based in the CBD fringe.
You must have project management experience across the NFP/community/health sector, with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment, with a strong understanding of change.
