We are seeking a Security Analyst to work across multiple agencies on an ongoing contract. As a Security Analyst you will be responsible for the following:We look for people with a client centric, consultative approach. We want team players. Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for the deployment, administration and ongoing uptake of a system to detect fraudulent email and take down fake websites for NSW Government Agencies Oversee the email and messaging detection and response capability for Security Operations within NSW government agencies.
• Primarily responsible for  monitoring and administration of system and technical liaison between the security vendor,  government agencies and Programme Manager    
• Look after ongoing Administration and ensure the Database is kept up to date

• Liaison with vendors regarding the database accuracy
• Liaison with agencies regarding technical and operational specifications
• Maintain close relationships with the central Programme Manager and technical stakeholder situated within each agency.
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation across the program to achieve operational objectives
• Responsible for overseeing technical resources and initiation of corrective action where required
• Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them

Required Experience

• Experience as a security coordinator, analyst or support role.
• Ideally have knowledge of security and experience with email concepts (not essential)
• Excellent communication skills. Have the ability to juggle conversations with Vendors and Agencies whilst remaining calm. Having the ability to deal with multiple personalities
• Strong investigation capabilities. You will be able to navigate your way around to help solve security and configuration issues
