A great opportunity exists for a Project Administrator with strong financial experience to join this well established PMO on an initial 6 month contract.
Joining a close knit team, this role will give you the opportunity to deliver industry first solutions, in a fast paced environment.
Working under the guidance of a talented Manager, this is a role where you will be responsible for the administration, reporting, financials and general project health for both Projects and BAU, so a strong attention to detail is a must.
To be successful in this role you will possess :
- Strong financial acumen to manage Purchase Orders and Contracts
- Strong and demonstrable experience managing multiple vendors
- Ability to drive customer focused outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and BAU activities successfully and simultaneously
- Proven ability to build relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own deadlines
- Good understanding of Contract management
- A high level of initiative and self-management, with a keen eye for detail
Your day to day responsibilities will include :
- Management of contract administration including scope of work, data collection and maintenance, engagement and proactive reporting
- Review existing and set-up new processes as required.
- Management of some financials as well as general administration of BAU and IT Projects
- To form and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with teams across IT projects and BAU to understand demand to ensure successful engagement of contractors
- Simultaneously engage and manage multiple vendors
- Keep track of statuses and ensure right processes are in place to do so.
