This newly created position contributes to this organistion's success by defining and driving the delivery of a strategic program of product enhancements that improve digital self-service rates and customer satisfaction scores, and ensure a positive return on investment. 

Responsibilities

• Define user stories for the work that needs to be completed and prioritise that work for the delivery team
• Coordinate dependencies with other product owners 
• Gather and develop requirements from Customer Operations and other business stakeholders, to deliver solutions which align with the Customer strategy
• Lead the relationship with senior stakeholders to create a digital self-service roadmap that realises customer acquisition, digital self-service, and customer effort targets
• Work with stakeholders to understand business and customer needs and translate these into product features
•  Work closely with designers, user experience, developers and content specialists, as required, to produce beautiful, simple, accessible and usable digital products

Skills and experience

• 5+ years Product Owner experience delivering digital, application or business change initiatives
• Experience or exposure to online customer self-service and payment processes and applications.
• Previous experience operating with agile development methodologies and project management disciplines, such as Kanban and Scrum
• Experience working with multiple analytics and Business Intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
• Awareness of responsive web application User Experience (UX) design practices and guidelines.
