This leading higher education institution is currently seeking a Training Speciiast to provide training management, coordination, design, and delivery for a Global O365 project.

Your previous experience will include building strong relationships with different stakeholders and demonstrated understanding of the complexity of transitioning a whole organisation to a new technology platform.
 
Skills and experience:

• Min 3-5 years experience in managing / leading IT training in a large or global company 
• Strong Expertise in Google and Microsoft Products, including Outlook, Teams, Skype for Business, Cloud and Client profiles
• Demonstrated skill in using and teaching Office 365 collaboration tools to users
• Skills in utilisation on-line platforms to design and integrate and upload training support materials
• Developing training content using technology solutions as Camtasia/Captivate or similar 
• Experience designing learning programs to will increase people's adoption of new tools and technologies
