WebcastCloud are looking for a Technical Account Manager to build and maintain existing relationships with key accounts in a hands-on technical capacity.

The ideal candidate may be someone who is currently in an IT support role and wants to move into a more customer facing position, or may have prior experience as a technical account manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Provide technical support from implementation planning through to post sales

  • Scope, document and present our solution to the client
  • Onboarding new customers and customer trials
  • Providing advice and best practice recommendations on the product
  • Project manage custom integration projects with the development team
  • Working with key vendor/stakeholders to work through priority escalated support issues
  • Delivering tender RFQ/RFI responses and presentations
  • Running customer training sessions for technical staff

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • 2+ years prior experience in Level 2 /3 support role
  • Strong IT background in Microsoft operating systems, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, SAN and networking.
  • Solid technical experience gained from hands-on delivery and support
  • Sound knowledge of Single Sign-On
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (desirable but not essential)
  • Programming experience or basic knowledge -  C#, REST, Json(desirable but not essential)
