Talent International is working in partnership with a high-profile government organisation to assist in sourcing an ICT Risk & Assurance Manager on a contract based in Parramatta.
The role sits as part of the Chief Information Security Officer Group within a Digital Technology & Innovation Division.

The successful candidate will be engaged for an initial 3 months to undertake the following:

• Lead the upgrade and implementation of a new Governance, Risks and Control solution.
• Lead the upgrade/ implementation of a Risk Management System.
• Define, drive and embed processes to identify, track and manage risks associated with ICT, in particular those related to ICT Security.
• Provide targeted Assurance reviews of distressed projects or programs as well as for ICT solutions and services.

The Manager, Risk & Assurance will focus, define and drive ownership of ICT risks across the organisation and Undertake inflight Risk & Assurance reviews of projects and programs, lead lesson learned workshops and/or post-incident reviews of major to critical incidents across ICT.

Also, undertake reviews of the risks and controls the environment in the delivery of ICT solutions and services across applications, infrastructure and networks.
