Full Stack Developer
 
The Deliverables:

• Work within an Agile/Scrum to deliver complex, high quality business applications that meet a high standard of UI design
• Ensure high quality standards and processes are met with regards to unit testing, peer review, and technical documentation
• Provide technical leadership on applications projects and contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions through development of purpose-built ICT applications.
• Provide regular updates to Project Managers on the status of applications solution development, including advice on how any challenging issues may be resolved.
• Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including users of ICT services, agencies influencing ICT policy and external vendors.
• Provide specialist technical advice to the Director Program Management Office on the opportunities to improve, expand and integrate ICT applications services within the organisation and across government.

Key Skills:

• Experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Frameworks
• Experience with Angular JS1 and/or Angular 2/4/5
• Experience working with C#, Asp.Net (MVC, Core, WebAPI)
• Experience with GIT
• Expert knowledge of turning wireframes and mockups into HTML / CSS 
• Experience in developing with API driven architecture
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user centred interaction

Highly Desirable

• Experience with ReactJS
• Understanding of JavaScript tools (NPM, Grunt, Gulp, etc) and CSS Preprocessors (SASS, LESS, etc)
• Experience in building RESTful/API services, Webservices and WCF
• Expert knowledge of compatibility and cross-browser, cross-platform and cross-device issues
• Knowledge of SCRUM/Agile methodologies
