- Build and lead an engaged and high performing team of business analysts
- Work in partnership with Project Management to build a Delivery function
- Choose your location - role can be based from either Sydney or Melbourne
Our delivery team is undergoing transformation. Key attributes for success in this role include adaptability, ability to work through periods of ambiguity and show highly effective leadership.
What you get to do
- Build and implement BA capability framework and manage all resources and pipeline
- Business and technical stakeholder engagement across all levels, and the development of relationships with business partner to drive project outcomes
- Obtain key inputs from project sponsors and identify project interdependencies
- Establish and lead a BA community practice, which includes regular community meetings to provide group mentoring, discuss concerns and issues, and implement actions for continuous improvement
- Formalise standards and consistency around deliverables and perform reviews which underpin constructive feedback and continuous improvement
What you will have
- Solid experience in coaching and mentoring a BA team to build capability, ideally in an environment supporting both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
- Demonstrable exposure to taking accountability for estimates, prioritisation and resource management to deliver strategic outcomes
- Complete commitment to providing professional, intelligent and timely responses to internal / external clients' and your BA team
