Are you a Technical Business Analyst with a wealth of experience in the Australian utilities sector? Perhaps you are a utilities Systems Analyst looking to move into project management role, or a Business Analyst looking to get more technical and hands on?
You could be our next Senior Business Analyst!
We are a software vendor specialising in solutions designed for the Australian Utilities Markets. We operate in a fast paced and challenging environment where the landscape is always changing. With a large portfolio of clients, are Business Analysts are hands on across the entire software development life cycle from gathering requirements, documenting solutions and analysing and resolving problems.
Working closely with our product development team and project managers, our Business Analysts become experts in their domains, understanding how our solutions operate and identifying gaps and issues before they occur.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has LOTS of experience in the NEM or National Gas Markets (5 + years)
- Is technically oriented bent (this is a must have – all our BAs are expected to get their hands dirty)
- Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Can influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships
- Confidently runs workshops/requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
- Has great time management skills and be able to action and resolve issues or tasks that have conflicting priorities
- Demonstrates leadership by proactively identifying issues and taking actions to remediate them
- Is willing to dive right into our software suite and is able to investigate and triage defects and issues
Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst is essential.
