Large Australian telco brand name is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join their program of work in North Sydney

• Drive continuous process improvement capability
• Identify business improvement opportunities through ongoing measurement of performance
• Facilitate improvement workshops and meetings as required utilising relevant techniques to assist Operations staff 
• Educate, coach, and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application

To be successful in this role, you will possess brilliant analysis and process mapping skills, with a history of working within process improvement across a number of projects of work. 

 To be considered for this position candidates must have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Process Improvement position with some Telecommunications experience
• Leadership experience at the team (i.e. direct reports), project and Operations level
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt experience & certification (Black belt desirable)
• Process mapping and documentation
• Understanding and ability to develop  end-to-end customer journey maps
• Understanding of ARIS and BPMN 2.0 modelling
