The Cyber Security Advisory team within the Cyber Architecture & Business Services is responsible for a number of activities associated with the development, management and delivery of security capabilities to CBA.

DPG focuses on:

• Cyber Security and Risk Thought Leadership
• Governance of the effective implementation of the Cyber Security Strategy and consumption of Cyber Security Non-Negotiables by Business Units
• Supporting Innovation and creation of business value through Security, Privacy and Risk
• Providing information and visibility to Business Units via the alignment of Business Units reporting to Executive Cyber Council (ECC) reporting
• Industry and Government Outreach
• Development of the Security Delivery Strategy
• Operation of / support to major Security Programmes and Projects

What would your new role be?

The Senior Manager, Cyber Security Advisory position holds the primary responsibility for DPG Cyber Security engagement in early stages across the group within projects, changes and escalation during projects life cycle. The position manages a team of Cyber Security Advisors who provide cyber security advice, shaping and estimations to the Business Solutions and IT Infrastructure areas during the concept and business case phases of the project lifecycle.

You will have a proven track record of people management and act as a role model by consistently displaying leadership behaviour that encourages productive working relationships and a strong performance culture.

Your experience

You will have a proven track record of people management and act as a role model by consistently displaying leadership behaviour that encourages productive working relationships and a strong performance culture. In addition you will understand and have previous involvement with Cyber Security Advisory procedures and processes and be experienced in presenting complex issues to senior stakeholders.

Your experience is ideally supported by a tertiary qualification in IT, Risk or other associated field and be coupled with an industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or SABSA
