About this Role
TrussCorp are looking for an IT Support officer to join our team to help service our office and factory and external contractors.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Network, Application, Hardware and Software monitoring and support to internal and external staff, no 2 tasks will ever be the same;
- Provide timely, efficient and professional service to all staff and ensure staff satisfaction
- Provide guidance to the client on utilising available digital tools and IT systems
- Use initiative to anticipate potential issues, make suggestions and share ideas
- Ensure systems are operating at optimum level with minimal or no downtime
- Document as required/requested
About you
We would like to hear from high performers with exceptional self-management skills and the desire to exceed expectations. You will bring with you:
- Relevant IT or industry qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar position
- Experience in service desk environments where documenting, monitoring, and resolving issues in a timely manner are important.
- Good knowledge of current ICT technologies. Windows (desktop and server) experience is a must-have.
- Always looking to learn new systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Applicants must be Australian or NZ citizens/permanent residents or hold full working rights to be considered
- Some after hours / weekend work may be required
