Our client is a innovative, global organisation looking for change focused individuals to join their growing team.
We are currently seeking two Service Delivery Managers for the Security Services business which is experiencing significant growth and development. These roles will be key positions in helping to maintain and continue the already significant success this business is experiencing.
The roles will have the responsibility of being the named delivery lead across the assigned client accounts. You will run monthly meetings, manage escalations, manage enquiries on service definition, scope, SLA's and take ownership of client reporting.
To be considered for the position you will be degree qualified with relevant qualifications such as CISSP. You will have five plus years experience as a Service Delivery Manager, exceptional communication skills and the confidence and ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
