Initial 4 month contract - view to perm

Our client is seeking a high level experienced Copper Jointer for an initial four month contract (with the view of permanency), we are seeking an individual who can mentor and train staff members/

Key responsibilities and duties include:

Working across the copper network, which will include: building joints, jointing cable, fixing faults (etc)
Supporting and training a team
On call (and managing for suppliers/vendors)
Project manage tasks at hands (or business projects)
Supervise routine and reactive maintenance functions
Diagnose and rectify critical faults

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Extensive experience with copper jointing and managing a small team
The following certifications would be advantageous: Open Cable, OH&S White Card, Rail licence and Drivers Licence
No issues with working on call/ rotating roster
