RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand client event briefs and digital requirements
• Determine client deadlines and timelines then present and manage this for the client
• Build, deliver and maintain event websites, registration sites, online surveys and email campaigns on behalf of our clients using the etouches platform
• Where needed, deliver and maintain event Apps for our clients using the etouches platform
• Provide knowledge to our clients regarding best practices
• Deliver high quality customer service and project management
• Participate in weekly production meetings
• Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
• Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
• Research and keep updated with event technology trends
• Flexibility of undertaking any other related duties

SKILLS  & ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum 4+ years experience in digital technology, or event service industry
• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Must have exceptional customer service
• Recent experience working in a customer focused environment
• The ability to obtain and show excellent knowledge of online software and content management systems
• Must be able to quickly build credibility amongst team members and prospective clients
• Advanced Microsoft skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail is an absolute must!
• Must be a team player
• A can-do attitude with a high level of personal motivation
• The ideal candidate will thrive on working with a busy team and effectively multi-task

STRONG ADVANTAGE

• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JQuery & JavaScript
• Previous experience using event management software
