We are searching for a thought leader to take Navitas’ capabilities to a new level. This role will be responsible for seeking opportunities, methods, and products for improvement in the business infrastructure, with high level configuration, plans, and designs of current and future state in gap analysis of our systems, and processes.
To be successful in this role, the right candidate will be able to drive change within all systems, strongly focused on support of DevOps, continuous development, consistent platforms and orchestration across datacentre and the cloud, with automation and development of strategies with lean approaches being the core goal.
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years’ recent experience successfully delivering enterprise level technical design within organisations of more than 1,000 FTE.
- Proven cloud management, automation and architecture experience, applied to core business and administration systems operating at scale
- Significant technical architecture experience
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Development/contribution to Business Cases that require business and systems changes to achieve sustainable business benefits;
- Well-versed in Enterprise Architecture methods and their pragmatic application to design, plan, implement and review strategic investments in IT that deliver business value
- Strong technical architecture, analysis, benefits realization and change management capability;
- Experience with DevOps, CI, CD, and Agile engineering
- Well-versed in enterprise-wide prioritisation of proposed investments in IT that support desired business changes;
