Multiple positions
Role is based in Geelong
12 month contract upfront

Our highly valued client is actively seeking a skilled Business Analyst with at least 5 years commercial experience, to work down in Geelong (5 days a week).

Key accountabilities will include:

Assist in implementation of process changes
Responsible for creating business process flows, training and process materials
Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the analysis of business and operations process and defining 'cases for change'
Establishing roadmaps and user stories
Support analysis of current state and definition of desired future states (As is - To Be)

Skills and experience

Previous experience in business process analyst/business improvement roles
Solving complex problems - formulating clear logical business process solutions
Engaging and influencing senior and executive stakeholders
Experience defining As-Is and To-Be processes
Proven experience in delivering successful cross-business unit projects and programs
Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Lean Six Sigma
