What's On Offer?
Fujitsu have two permanent Senior Systems Engineer roles available in Sydney/ Melbourne. In this role you would work on Fujitsu's cloud offerings and make sure our customers have the best experience when consuming Cloud Services from Fujitsu.
Key Responsibilities

• Day to Day support, maintenance and Engineering of Fujitsu's Cloud Platforms and Services
• Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Adoption of existing and creation of new technical processes, procedures and work instructions
• Identify opportunities and build cases to improve and reduce the cost of cloud services.
• Coordinate and manage Vendors for incident and problem resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and management support during Major Incidents
• Provide proactive recommendations on areas for improvement
• Collaborate with wider Fujitsu groups and work with a "One Fujitsu' approach

What Do We Want From You?
Experience/Qualifications

• 5 + years working with large complex Infrastructures
• Ability to present technical concepts in clear manner to customers and higher management
• Understanding of Private & Public Cloud technologies and Hybrid IT concepts
• Excellent understanding and use of all ITIL disciplines.
• Process driven approach with a passion for automation
• Deep technical experience with VMWare 6.5,  using VCenter and other VMWare technologies such as VSAN, NSX, vROPS, vRA, vCD
• PowerShell and other scripting languages;
• In depth knowledge of Public Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Solid understanding of Backup and Storage solutions, preferably Veeam
• Understanding of network design concepts (Routers, Switches, firewalls, DNS.)
• Sound knowledge of Infrastructure management tools including monitoring requirements & solutions
• VMWare Certifications (VCP / VCAP)
• AWS / Azure and ITIL Certifications
• ITIL Certification
