We are seeking an infrastructure analyst for an ongoing contract in the heart of Melbourne.

About the Workplace Team

The Workplace and Service Management (WSM) team is accountable for the delivery, ongoing management and automated provisioning of workplace technologies and services as well as IT Service Management.

 

This Role

  • Effective schedule management, financial management, risk and issues management and change management to the workplace projects within their support
  • Effectively leading the maintenance of project quality standards by implementing and ensuring adherence to relevant NAB methodologies, processes and tools
  •  Support the production of accurate and timely reporting on a weekly and monthly basis on project delivery
  • Continuous improvements to activities provided that support more efficient delivery of workplace projects

Assignment

The Workplace Program team delivers end user change and commercial delivery projects through internal teams, our delivery partners and 3rd party suppliers. Current initiatives include managed print services, upgrades and implementation of collaboration platforms, desktop change and upgrades and the insourcing of workplace technical functions.

 

Assignment Deliverables

Provide a range of the services listed below to projects and programs in the overall workplace delivery program for the term of the SOW.

  • Program Support - Provide general program management support with raising and tracking of SOWs, purchase orders, invoicing and other financial and reporting processes.
  • Procurement support - Provide support for the procurement of workplace equipment for the Mac program, including completing Procurement governance activities, managing financials including obtaining approvals, reporting and asset management.
  • Service sourcing and commercial analysis - Provide analytic support for the service sourcing programs including reviewing and analysing commercial proposals and supporting business case development.

 

Specific technology skills and experience

Previous experience supporting an end user change programs in large, complex enterprise environments. Proven expertise against one or more of the following criteria:

  • Commercial / contractual experience – proven history of reviewing and analysing commercial documents
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • Facilitating and running process and technical workshops, to achieve specific outcomes
  • Ability to communicate with commercial, financial, business, risk, and technical stakeholders at all levels
