Are you a project Manager ready to take your next step into a Senior Project Manager role?
PM-Partners are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a role with a Tier 1 Financial services client. The successful candidate will be experienced in implementing or re-engineering processes, and implementing frameworks and governance and will be required to do so in patch management (software patches/updates) to drive consistency in that area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a process implementation background, ready for their next step in a Senior role.
Kogarah based opposite the train station - 6 month initial contract with opportunity for extension.
Your day to day will be:
- Driving overall project delivery and creating project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, project deliverables
- Budget management activities including creation and management of budget, forecasting and actuals
- Stakeholder management and leadership, maintaining effective relationships and ensuring project is aligned to business objectives
- Management of risks and issues within the customers project management tool
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- Business Project Manager, with experience in implementing processes, frameworks and governance
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Project Management best practice methods, fundamentals and tools
- Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
