Are you between roles and looking for an interesting project working with bunch of people doing great things? We've a client who are shaking up the wealth/advice platform world. They've a project that needs doing and it's all about testing how client data is migrated.
They're upgrading the proprietary ETL and need help testing
You will not only test data migrations using our current ETL process but also test the output of our new ETL as new client builds are progressed to insure it produces the same quality output as our existing tools.
Main areas where we need are:
- Understand client requirements and software in general as the basis for formulating effective test plans for data conversions from previous financial planning software into their platform
- Compare source data with target data to ensure client data is converted accurately
- Validate bug fixes for each data conversion and regression test previous improvements of automation software in later conversions
- Monitor existing test automation over the short term with a view to improve long-term
- Create and maintain comprehensive and effective test plans and test cases
- Work with the development team via Jira in order to resolve issues
