Our client:
Our client within the health sector is currently seeking a hands on change manager. Their focus is enabling quality patient care by providing integrated digital technology solutions across the public health system in Queensland. Our client is committed to advancing healthcare through digital innovation.
About the role:
The Organisational Change Manager will be engaging with the various Stakeholders within e Health, other Divisions of Department of Health and the 16 HHS’s as part of the Windows 10 / Office365 roll out across QH and the introduction of the Evergreen Support Model.
The Change Manager will spend ½ their time focused on the Win 10 / Office 365 roll out and the other half focused on support changes required in association with the introduction of the Evergreen support model. It is important that you have experience working in a Org change role within a Enterprise sized environment of the size of Queensland Health so they can hit the ground running. The group will be following Prosci organisational change methodology - experience with this methodology will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will need to have strong Communication and Listening skills, be self-motivated and driven to deliver strong results. Work independently and as part of a team. This is a hands-on role for someone willing to roll their sleeves up and get the job done.
