The Role
You will be working across a Windows environment supporting Microsoft Technologies and have a solid technical background, enjoy working with people and interacting with the business. We are looking energetic and quick thinkers who are happy to offer phone and face to face customer service to all users within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting distributed networks across a range of technologies (Cisco, Riverbed) and engaging Telstra as required to resolve WAN connection issues
- Experience supporting Active Directory and users in a client environment containing a mix of Thin Client (Citrix, Wyse terminal, XenApp, AppSense) and Thick Client (Win7, Outlook, MS Office)
- Experiencing providing level 1 support for ERP and business applications such as SAP
- Experience supporting telephony including VoIP landlines (Unify) and Smartphones (Window Phone & Blackberry)
Your Profile
