The Company & Team
An opportunity to be a part of a well-established, collaborative team with a complex projects environment. This is a true end to end delivery team, starting their journey at vendor pre-selection stage. ICT has a strong tenure and a behaviour to achieve what is asked of them and beyond. A fresh and modern feel office based just outside of Perth’s CBD.
The Role
This is a 6 month opportunity for a Project Manager to work collaboratively with the team and the business to implement a HR/Payroll solution. A true end to end delivery that will include a vendor selection phase, cost evaluation and then into detailed design. Your audience will be business wide including C-level as well as vendors and SME’s. BA’s will be available to work through the requirements with you.
You’re day to day responsibilities include vendor management, project planning, scope and definition management, cost evaluation, project documentation through to the normal build, test, deploy and in to training. An extension of this contract is likely.
You
To be successful in this RFP heavy project management role you will have solid experience in vendor identification, cost analysis and vendor management through delivery. You will be PMBOK certified and have strong exposure to SDLC. Your ability to deliver a high impact, critical HR piece of work must be clear in your resume throughout your career. Ideally you will have experience in TechnologyOne.
