We are looking for a full-time tech support officer to perform software/hardware installations & upgrades, to work on software configuration and to provide solutions to any technical issues.

This role requires the ability to understand, interpret and troubleshoot technical issues/requests and to be able to communicate ways to fix these issues in a clear and concise manner.

We are looking for someone who has a positive, pro-active attitude, and who is excited about working closely with a growing, hard-working, vibrant, collaborative team.

Skills and Abilities required:

- At least 2 years of experience working in customer-facing/client relationship roles in technical support
- Working-level understanding of Android and Mac OS operating systems
- Bug reporting and testing of newly developed systems
- Communicate with F45 franchisees and their teams via ticket based system/ web chat to provide step-by-step solutions effective in resolving hardware or software problems. Potential to move to phone in future
- Collaborate with the F45 team to document all information in the support system
- Provide technical support to F45 employees (office allrounder)
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Communication/networking knowledge
- General IT assistance and maintenance and any ad hoc project initiatives
- Excellent level of English and communication skills/phone manner
- Assist in the daily management of all support ticket enquiries
- Be proactive and able to follow instruction and positively contribute in a team setting
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks at the same time
 

Must Have:

- Studying / Completed Computer Science degree or similar
- Australian citizen or Permanent Residency
