Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an Test analyst with Cerner product experience​

Experience and Knowledge: 

• Strong testing background in Enterprise Applications, and in-depth knowledge and experience with software testing processes.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully working with product vendors and other stakeholders in resolving application and technical issues.
• Experience in testing Cerner applications. Specifically preference will be given to those familiar with SurgiNet, Medications, Workflow MPages, PowerOrders, Cardiology, FirstNet & Device Integration.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), expertise in developing and managing Test ScriptsCases to meet agreed project scope and delivering according to agreed schedules, participate in developing and reviewing Test Plans and Test Strategy; use of test management tools, ability to quickly understand complex systems, Business processes and concepts.
• Experience in JIRA.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to work effectively across a number of IT systems and projects simultaneously in an environment of competing demands and priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities with exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong customer focus.
