A fantastic opportunity has become available for an innovative eBusiness Integration Advisor to take ownership of the end-to-end management of our customers’ eBusiness experience, from identification of eBusiness opportunities, to integration management and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage EDI and PunchOut integrations based on commercial priority in collaboration with the Blackwoods Sales leadership team
  • Lead and guide the IT technical leads to ensure commercially advantageous priorities are addressed in line with stakeholder expectations
  • Contribute to and develop a proactive, analytics-driven approach to identifying eBusiness opportunities
  • Own the ongoing enhancement of The Blackwoods Way, driving increased accuracy and effectiveness of the Blackwoods integrations landscape
  • Collaborate with IT and Data & Analytics teams to drive and maintain Blackwoods’ position at the forefront of the industry in conducting eBusiness
  • Maintain and develop the document library necessary for planning each integration (project charter, business requirements specifications, technical specifications, and project closure documents), and supporting commercial documents for use in Tender submissions
  • Leverage EDI trading partners (VANs) to investigate and resolve any technical issues, ensuring a consistent, touchless experience for integrated customers

As our successful candidate you are a B2B eBusiness professional with proven experience in managing EDI, CRM or ERP integration projects to tight deadlines. You take a hands-on approach in driving progress through accountability and exceptional communication, and you have superior stakeholder management and group facilitation skills. A passion for sales and customer experience, along with strong influencing and negotiation skills are essential in your success. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Marketing and/or Business Administration will be advantageous.
