Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a requirement for a talented Network Design Engineer. Using your ability to perform in-depth analysis on network traffic and static analysis of malicious artefacts you will provide technical expertise to the client and support the operational functionality of specialised cyber surveillance and detection systems.

The Network Engineer will join an established product team of specialists to design, build, deploy and support complex network solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing network based SME advice to internal & external stakeholders.
• Serving as the network technology SME interface between Green Light and the client.
• Designing, building and deploying complex network solutions.
• Providing level 3 network support.
• Investigating complex technical problems assigned to the network team and engaging others to assist in addressing such problems.
• Completing and reviewing all associated network documentation.
• Device configuration of the ACI and non-ACI devices, and then End-to-end testing of the solution

Requirements:

• Cisco ISE + RADIUS/Network authentication/encryption
• Re-design and device configuration of the ACI infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI on Nexus 5K and 7K switches is Essential for this role.
• Solid experience in advance configuration and troubleshooting of network based on technologies like MPLS, VPLS, VPRN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP.
  • Cisco Wireless – CCNP level
  • Cisco Prime Infrastructure
  • CCIE level route/switch
  • Advanced protocol analysis
  • Cisco Datacentre networking (CCNP Data Centre)

Desired skills:

• F5 Load Balancers.
• VMware.
• Network Design and architecture.
• Network function virtualisation VMware NSX.
