Our Client
This global FinTech business based in the heart of Brisbane is a major player in the payments industry. Due to year on year growth they are looking to ad and Application Support Analyst to their team.
The Role
In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, triaging, rectifying, and remediating support issues. Providing support to internal staff, our integration partners and our direct clients.
To be successful within the role you need to demonstrate the following;
- deal with problems in a collaborative and supportive manner
- Front-line troubleshooting of application and infrastructure failure events.
- Communicating and tracking support incidents both internally and externally
- Providing technical support and guidance to new partners and clients integrating with our platform
- Observing, documenting, and resolving reoccurring issues to continuously improve operations.
Key technical requirements;
- SQL (PL-SQL and T-SQL) and database fundamentals.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Bash and Linux operating systems.
- Experience managing IIS web servers.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
