My client is a global, award winning Robotics Process Automation and Digital Transformation technology vendor that is expanding rapidly across APAC. As a result of continued growth they are looking for someone to join their pre sales team in Sydney.

Key responsibilities - Pre Sales Consultant

• Provide pre sales support to BDM's and Account Managers on new business prospects and current clients
• Preparing standard and custom demonstrations for Account Managers and resellers, articulating business value to clients
• Manage all pre-sales technical issues
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of all products
• Responding to technical questions in RFP's etc
• Providing feedback to Product Development regarding new features and product improvements 
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation / post-sales

Key Experience Required:

• Experience of working for a software vendor, ideally across solutions such as Information Capture, Robotic Process Automation, Mobile capture, Digital Transformation 
• 5 years+ Pre sales experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management / time management skills
• Ability to develop, test and deploy custom VB/VBA scripts, Java and Java Scripting, Industry specific business pain points with active paper processing, storage, and retrieval, and an understanding of J2EE, XML, .NET, OCR, ICR and their use in business processing.
• General understanding of architecture and how various technologies interact with each other. Experience of the following: J2EE, XML, IIS, .NET, OCR, ICR, Web Services
