#The role
We're currently recruiting for a seasoned Pre Sales Architect to join this great team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Leading the technical sales process, acting as a ‘trusted advisor’ to customers/prospects and designing optimal solutions to make our customers’ businesses better by contributing to the achievement of state & national sales targets, ensuring solutions offered are deliverable, correctly scoped and delivered within the agreed timeframes.
  
We're considering applicants with skills and experience closely aligned with the following:

• Strategic/consultative sales skills and experience, with a track record in new business sales;
• Understanding of all aspects of professional sales methodologies;
• Strong relationship building skills and confidence in dealing with C-level managers;
• Solid experience working in solution design and/or architecture;
• Strong and broad technical knowledge, including Unix, Intel, Virtualisation, Backup and Data Replication, Storage, Cloud, Network and Security fundamentals;
• Experience working with IT vendors or large Channel partners is beneficial;
• Excellent documentation and proposal writing skills, particularly RFP/RFQ/RFI;
• Confident presentation and communication skills.
