The Role:

Pro-actively manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including but not limited to – product and category management; stakeholder engagement; project delivery and innovation.

Define the product strategy and help drive innovation within the product roadmap.

Gather, understand and circulate product supply requirements from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, consumer feedback, interviews, competitive assessment, internal and external stakeholders).

Work with development teams through design, testing and product release all underpinned through agile methodology.

Ensure the product development and roadmap aligns with company strategy.

Facilitate cross team meetings/workshops where required.
Experience Required:
-
Commercial and technical technical product development experience.

Proven analytic skills and ability to translate market findings into new product/enhancement ideas (innovation).

Thrive working in an entrepreneurial, hands-on team environment, whilst also being a self-starter possessing the ability to work under their own initiative.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, in an application development environment, including BA, developers, designers and testers

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence at an executive level.

Combination of technical aptitude, operational and product management skills, commercial savvy, strong communication and influencing skills

Experience with Agile project methodology.

Ideally you've had exposure to HR software.
