Our esteemed client - an MSP is looking for a Senior Network Engineer Level 2/3.

Core accountabilities:

Design, build, test, implement, maintain and optimise one of more of the following:
- Networks,
- Servers and Storage
- Internet Service Provision
- Cloud Technologies
Manages multiple customer accounts being the key source of knowledge and capability
Provide customer support for assigned tickets within SLA
Builds and maintains documentation to enable customers to understand/maintain systems.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, both onsite and remotely.

Key Requirements:

Experience in CISCO and Dell Switching.
Proven expertise in network operating systems, general network management, equipment and protocols.
Understanding of Citrix networks and Microsoft hosting platforms.
Experience working in Azure platform and O365.
Relevant work experience with another MSP handling multiple clients.
Experience with Barracuda would be advantageous.
CCNA / CCNP Certified are desirable.

Current Australian driver's licence and car is required.
