Our Network IT Support Engineers are critical to the operation of the technical team at Evologic! As an escalation point for the team, you will be able to hit the ground running and use your existing experience in the industry to resolve incidents and client requests in a timely manner.
Although we expect our technical professionals to be brilliant, we always support your learning and technical development. What we value most in our team are great communication skills and commitment to our customers.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- A track record of outstanding Customer Service, in any industry!
- Minimum of 2-years experience in a Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
- Tertiary Qualifications (Degree or Diploma). Nice but not essential.
- High levels of Enthusiasm, are mandatory…
- Achieved or studying towards a relevant industry accreditation (Microsoft etc.). Again nice, but we can help with these.
- Excellent Communication skills are critical.
- A passion to forge a brilliant career in the IT industry…
- This role will be located at our Geelong HQ.
