COMPUTER TECHNICIAN – CASUAL
Our family owned small business is in Victor Harbor, South Australia. We offer Workshop, onsite services, retail & counter sales to our Customers.
The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of computer troubleshooting, diagnosis & general operation of I.T. Equipment.
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician, who can work with our Team but also unsupervised
Your experience is more important to us than any qualification
Duties & Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service skills
- Workshop repairs inhouse & onsite
- Work as part of a team
- Professional presentation & excellent communication skills
- Current SA Drivers Licence for manual vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Retail & Counter sales, answering phone enquiries/processing sales. handling money.
- Vehicle & workshop Housekeeping
- Excellent spoken English
- The right to live and work in Australia.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role.
Able to disassemble and reassemble a laptop & desktop PC on a one-day trial, within a specified time-frame and have the device still function
Experience in Networking, Servers, Office 365, Exchange, NAS, Business grade printers, Wi-Fi Troubleshooting is an advantage but not essential.
