This role is responsible for maintenance and availability of production and test environments. You will be expected to help develop fixes if there are any problems or incidents, preferably immediately or within a short space of time. There is also interesting project focused work you will be involved with from time to time as well as core BAU activitiesKey Responsibilities Include
- Resolving Incident, Problems and Requests
- Incident analysis (finding out why/how the incident occurred)
- Supporting development and project activities
- Supporting the production and development environments
- .Net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, WCF
- SQL queries
- You’ll manage major incidents, coordinating internal and external support to rectify problems with minimal impact to the business
- You’ll oversee and monitor scheduling and processing, as well as identifying and analysing error messages and potential trends.
- You’ll investigation and resolve technical issues (including connectivity, infrastructure, integration, batch processes and configuration)
- You’ll review downstream and upstream change records and controls on behalf of the Support Team
- You’ll be comfortable representing the team in various forums when required, with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders
- You’ll think bigger and always look for better solutions and ways of working

- Past experience in a similar applications support role
- You’ll enjoy problem solving, and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
- As a strong communicator, you enjoy dealing with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- You’ll have the ability to prioritise, delegate and remain calm in a crisis. You’re also keen to get your hands dirty to resolve a situation.

This will be a reasonably stand alone role, you will be the go to person for all the internal systems needs in support and analysis.
