About you:
If you consider yourself dynamic, strategic in your approach and thrive on the achievement of success, with previous Business Consulting experience in a technology field – we want to hear from you.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential:
- Experience within the IT industry
- Experience in commercial business analysis/business consulting, working on technology projects and working closely with clients
- Influencing skills: Ability to analyse business situations and provide meaningful strategies and effective recommendations to clients
- Demonstrated excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Must be able to extract, capture, decompose and communicate requirements whilst creating a level of excitement with the client
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate business requirement workshops with users and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to produce thorough & detailed business requirement documentation to specified formats and in line with deadlines
- Dedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation
- Understanding/experience with software development methodologies i.e. waterfall and agile approaches
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in an IT-related discipline
Highly Desirable (but not essential):
- Knowledge of Business Process Mapping and experience with BI tools
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamic CRM, InRule (Business Rules Management) and Office 365
