A SharePoint Developer is currently required for a 12 months fixed term assignment to work with the project team to identify user requirements and provide development, support, analysis and administration for applications including SharePoint, Trim and TeamBinder/Aconex.

You will also be required to perform the following:

• Ensure stream owner requirements and business processes are accurately documented, analysed and developed in the Sharepoint system.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements can be delivered with existing technological solutions.
• Establish good relationships and engagement with stakeholders to support effective and timely implementation and utilisation of the Project Management Framework.
• Assist stream owners to identify opportunities for shared applications to achieve business efficiencies.
• Support identification and implementation of business applications improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the project management framework processes in SharePoint including reporting of the outputs.
• Provide support to provide support to other SharePoint developers in the design, development, testing, implementation and system administration.
• Provide technical support consistent with the Project management framework Website/SharePoint/Test procedures and requirements, in liaison with IT infrastructure Services.
• Identify opportunities to develop and maintain SharePoint lists, document libraries, workflow, reporting and InfoPath forms to enhance the stakeholder’s business processes, collaborative efforts, and communications.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced SharePoint specialist who also has good knowledge of MS office and digital records management systems such as Trim. You will also ideally have experience in administering an information exchange system such as TeamBinder or Aconex.
