Great and unique Ministerial-level, Program Reporting Lead role work with Program Managers and the Program PMOs. Work with a vital Educational Institution.
This role aligns to the GM Modernisation as part of this Institutions overall, and crucial Modernisation Portfolio ePMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating, reviewing and challenging Program Managers and Program PMO's on key ministerial reporting artefacts and updates
- Compiling regular ministerial priority reports for consumptions by executives, the board and the Minister
- Proven ability in liaising with and challenging where necessary C level executives
- Providing hands on status updates for Ministerial Priority programs at board level
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Program Reporting Lead role.
- Prior work with Ministerial Reporting Artefacts and updates.
- Exemplary Stakeholder Management skills are essential in this role
- Proven ability in liaising with and challenging where necessary C level executives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in the Education-sector or Government would be very highly regarded.
