This is a broad product management role looking at the full journey of our student customers from awareness and interest, through purchase and course delivery, right through to how they are supported during/after a course and then to how we engage them afterwards on their way to being lifelong learners.

Your main focus will be on building a roadmap and using agile practices to deliver ongoing improvements to the sites and platforms our students engage with to market/sell to them and to deliver courses.

You'll also be working with many teams across the business but primarily our teams in Learning Design, User Experience Design, Development/Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships and Support. Like nearly all Product Managers, you'll work with our Finance and Legal team too.

You will also spend plenty of time with current and prospective students to understand them really well.

Let’s talk about you

With several years under your belt in developing digital products in best practice web companies, you have a great track record of delivering products that delight users and meet defined business objectives. You’ve worked within larger organisational structures and have a passion for influencing change and agility within an enterprise delivery environment.

You’re a digital person, who closely follows new digital development in social spheres and elsewhere and being part of building a platform to support new ways of delivering education to through online channels really excites you.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in consulting with and influencing senior and diverse stakeholders and be very comfortable in a collaborative and nimble work environment and culture. Bonus points for a sense of humour, grace under pressure and a love of digital tech.
