ACSESS HEALTH is seeking an energetic Help Desk and Customer IT Support Technician to join our team in Bayswater Victoria. This is a great opportunity for a support professional seeking a challenge or someone looking for a change from a typical I.T. Helpdesk role. This is a level 1 role with aspects of level 2 service.
As one of the contacts for our customers in Australia needing support, you will apply product knowledge and customer service skills to resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
In addition, working with internal teams, you will participate in Product Delivery Co-ordination of delivering services including FOXTEL, DATA, TELEPHONY and other services via:
• Validating, importing, and updating client data into our applications
• Performing configuration and administrative activities with our applications to support Australian client deadlines
• Validating documentation is correctly submitted for services
• Contributing to quality assurance activities
• Potentially visiting client sites for installation and or remedial work
In addition to the client-facing activities described above, this role will also provide general IT support for our clients (Basic support email and routers; Telephone and FOXTEL, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications:
• University or TAFE degree or diploma in a technical field
• At least one year of related work experience
• Excellent skills in Excel or comparable spreadsheet product
• Excellent communication skills (read, write and speak) in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while still being part of a team
• Have strong problem solving and analytical skills with superior attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to operate under tight, date-driven timelines
Other requirements: There is a requirement for some local travel at times as well as maintaining an after hours phone on a service levy fee structure. Drivers License preferred and Permanent Resident of Australia.
