A large financial services organisation requires an experienced senior business analyst to come on board to assist them in the delivery of a large CRM Pega implementation! Whilst this involves IT and knowledge of CRM systems, the main focus of this position is within the business. Creating business readiness and the engaging with senior level stakeholders to ensure the project is successfully delivered and received!

About you:

7+ years' experience as a business analyst - particularly in sales, marketing, customer on-boarding and customer relationship management
Experience working in a more business facing capacity
Experience with the following CRMs: Pega, Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics
Expertise delivering business readiness
Skilled with change and process principles
Strong exposure to end to end enterprise level CRM implementations
Excellent stakeholder and engagement capabilities
Agile minded and driven
Experience working in corporates with complex business requirements
