The Company

Our client is a large, CBD based corporate with operations spread nationally and a strong brand. An established player in a mature, complex and lucrative market, they have entered a period of accelerated growth, resulting in significant acquisition, business expansion and large scale enterprise wide Transformation Projects.

The Role

The purpose of the role is to ensure business readiness of impacted stakeholders. Working closely with Transformation Project teams and key stakeholders, you’ll formulate a structured approach to identify business impacts, agree business readiness action plans, monitor and drive delivery of those plans.

Key Responsibilities include

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative

Lead the communication efforts
Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications to support the change management process.

Asses the change impact
Conduct impact analyses, asses change readiness and identify key stakeholders

Support training efforts
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Change Management certification and experience
  • Experience with large scale organisational change efforts
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and adapt complex info into simple messages
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common goal
