About the role
Janison Learning works closely with their clients to design innovative and engaging learning content. The content is hosted on our system or theirs.
Our differentiation is an experienced and agile workforce who can scale for small and large content projects, whilst maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Our content development services build and maintain learning content for all formats including; eLearning, Instructor Led Training, Self-Paced eLearning, Live Web Classes (virtual classrooms) and Performance Support.
Duties & responsibilities
- User interviews
- Research analysis
- Usability testing, and
- Insights reports.
- Apply best practice User Interface Design and User Centred Design principals
- Support and mature UX capability and processes
Skills & Experience
- Planning and undertaking user research activities
- Designing and applying UI patterns to digital products
- Strong understanding of information architecture, web usability, and accessibility
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively including presenting user research insights
- Demonstrated skills in planning and prioritising tasks working under pressure to tight deadlines
