As a Lead Software engineer, you will have experience across the technical delivery as well as remaining 50% hands on in your role. The team consists only of technology focused engineers who are always looking to improve their code and work across challenging yet exciting projects. Your Role
- Working across front end technologies such as Angular.js, React.js or Vue.js for 3+ years
- Understanding your way around Webpack, Google & Stack Overflow is essential
- Previously worked with AWS infrastructure
- Ability to create a simplified process and understand how and why each opinion within a team is important for growth within the company as a whole
Key Skills
- Driving a team in the delivery of greenfield and brownfield projects
- Have a major input in the development and construction of the component library and design systems
- Ensuring that the code delivery of each team member meets the standards of the company, with the ability to give constructive feedback of areas of code improvement.
- Providing the team with mentorship and guidance across building the requirements
- Encouragement and openness to trying new technologies to better enhance the development of products
